Kevin Sargent

Kevin Sargent is assistant vice chancellor for Advancement Services, a role in which he oversees teams responsible for advancement records management, gift compliance and auditing, business administration and finance, analytics, foundation and planned giving administration, and technical and information support. He joined Mizzou Advancement from Vanderbilt University, where he served as executive director of Gift and Donor Services.

Prior to Vanderbilt, he was the director of gift services for the Silicon Valley Community Foundation, which is among the nation’s largest grantmaking foundations. There, he managed gift processing operations and supervised the gift processing team. Kevin also has experience in various advancement positions at Colorado State University and the University of California, Merced.
